I’m Katarina Winslow, an intuitive healer, therapist, and author.

My mission is to guide you back to the truth of your being — to your soul, which knows all. Through intuitive energy healing, I help you release the wounds carried within, bringing liberation, rebirth, and a deeper connection to who you truly are.

I often work from a distance, using a simple photograph of your face to attune to your energy — to see the mental and emotional patterns influencing your life, and to energetically release what no longer serves you.

Healing + Post-Healing Conversation: After our energetic work, we meet (online) to reflect, integrate, and ground the insights that have come through.

Spiritual Embodiment Formula — for deep inner work over two months: includes healing, therapeutic sessions, and a final anchoring conversation.
