Anyone who’s on a spiritual path probably knows what ascension is, and that’s the shift we are all currently experiencing. If you don’t it’s the raise in vibration for the collective of humanity and Planet Earth/Gaia from the 3rd frequency (not dimension)* to the 5th. Lightworkers everywhere are experiencing “ascension symptoms”, changes that are happening to their physical, emotional/astral, mental and etheric bodies through this transition. Your experience doesn’t have to be a struggle, it can be filled with ease and Grace if you surrender control from your ego-mind to your heart-mind and allow instead of resist which will help to raise your vibration which will make this process easier. This design is part of my ascension humor line – I want to have fun with this shift because everyone is so serious about it but laughter is 5D energy and I’m all about making people feel good which is the best way to stay in 5D energy!
Description
The women’s shirt is a Gildan 5000L Ultra Cotton. It’s the original t-shirt fabric – it may not feel as super soft as the other tshirts but it’s thicker and not see through (not sure about white). It’s true to size in my opinion. I’m a size 14 at 5′ tall and wear a large.
• 6.0 oz., pre-shrunk 100% cotton
• Double-needle stitched neckline, bottom hem and sleeves
• Ladies’ fit with shorter body length and tapered sleeves, quarter-turned
• Narrow five-eighths inch seamless collar
The unisex shirt is a Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex. It’s 100% pre-shrunk combed and ring-spun cotton.* It’s really soft to the touch and high quality with double-needle stitched sleeves and bottom hem. The fabric is thin enough to be comfortable yet thick enough not to be see through. (Maybe not white)
This shirt looks fabulous on women too. I’m a size 14 at 5′ tall and I wear a medium. You may need to order a size down but it’s super comfy and fits me well.

Heather Prism Ice Blue is 52% Airlume combed cotton / 48% polyester rest of the Prism colors are 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 1% poly.
